A string of robberies occurred Sunday in Oakland, according to
police.

The first robbery occurred at 12:30 a.m. in the 8600 block of B
Street. The suspect, armed with a handgun, robbed a female victim of her
purse, police said. The victim was not injured and the suspect remains at
large.

At 5:53 p.m., another armed robbery occurred in the 4700 block of
MacArthur Boulevard. The suspect stole money, fled and remains at large,
police said.

Police did not provide any information about the victim.
At 7:30 p.m., a strong-arm robbery occurred in the 2900 block of
Fruitvale Avenue. The suspect robbed a male victim of money, police said.

The victim suffered a contusion and was taken to a hospital. The
suspect remains at large.

    Robbed a woman at gun point. No need to discloses the race of the perp or the victim.
