(BayAreaNewsTalk.com) – The manager of a Daly City store was assaulted Wednesday after confronting two men who stole dozens of designer fragrances from the store, police said.

Around 2 p.m., two men entered the store located in the Fremont Hub shopping center at 39200 Fremont Hub. The pair then filled up store bags with 83 bottles of fragrances, according to police.

As they exited, the alarm went off and the store’s manager confronted them, asking them to return the items. One of the suspects then physically assaulted the manager.

The first suspect was described as a black man, in his mid 20s, between 5 feet 10 inches and 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds, with an unshaven face. He wore a black baseball cap, a black T-shirt with a gray emblem, blue jeans black tennis shoes, police said.

The second suspect was also described as a black man in his mid 20s, between 5 feet 10 and 5 feet 11 tall, weighing about 180 pounds and with an unshaven face. He wore a black beanie, a gray T-shirt with a black and
white emblem, blue jeans and white tennis shoes, according to police.
