Urinating in Public/Brandishing weapon (Prohibition Order) – Millbrae Station

9/20/17, 1334 hours A male (James Johnson, 41 years, Pittsburg) urinated inside the Millbrae Station and then attempted to fare evade. The station agent stopped Johnson and he brandished a weapon as he threatened the agent. Johnson fled but was detained near the station. Johnson was booked into jail and was issued a prohibition order. 1709-1317 L22

Warrant Arrest – Hayward BART Station

9/20/2017 at 1104 hours Officer detained a male (Armando Valencia, 35 years old) for fare evasion. A warrants check revealed that Valencia had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Valencia was transported to Santa Rita County Jail and booked on the warrant. 1709-1310 L19

Domestic Violence (Prohibition Order issued) – Civic Center BART Station

9/20/2017 at 0926 hours An employee reported that a female (Laquoya Anderson, 25 years old, Vallejo) was choking another female. Officers checked the station and located both females. Through further investigation, it was determined that the females were in a dating relationship. Anderson was arrested for domestic violence and booked into the San Francisco County Jail. Anderson was issued a prohibition order. 1709-1304 L19

Indecent Exposure (Prohibition Order issued) – 19th Street BART Station

9/20/2017 at 10:44 hours Officers responded to the 19th Street BART Station regarding a male (Hanan Hazik, 23 years old, San Francisco) masturbating in the stairwell. Officers contacted Hazik, who was positively identified by one of the witnesses. Hazik was transported and booked into Glenn Dyer Jail for Indecent Exposure. Hazik was issued a citation for fare evasion and a prohibition order. 1709-1308 L19

Bike Theft – Antioch Park & Ride

9/19/17, 1822 hours A victim reported his Mongoose 21 speed mountain bike was stolen from the Antioch Park & Ride, between 0529-1704 hours. The bike was secured with a cable lock. 1709-1268 L22

Fare Evasion/Resisting Arrest – Embarcadero Station

9/19/17, 1816 hours Officers stopped a male (Londell Gulley, 21 years, San Francisco) and a female (Cassidy Garcia, 23 years, San Francisco) as they fare evaded out of the Embarcadero Station. Gulley ran from the officers and was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. Garcia was cited and released. Gulley was cited.

Fare Evasion/Warrant Arrest – Fruitvale Station

9/19/17, 1812 hours Officers stopped a male (Johnny Rogers, 30 years, Berkeley) for fare evasion at the Fruitvale Station. A records check showed Rogers had two no bail arrest warrants for burglary and robbery issued by ACSO. Rogers was cited for fare evasion and was booked on the warrants. 1709-1262 L22

Fare Evasion/Battery/Resisting Arrest/ Prohibition Order (Arrest) – Concord Station

9/19/17, 1641 hours Officers responded to the Concord Station for a report of a female fare evader (Marleni Sanchez, 19 years, Oakland) who battered a BART employee. Marleni called her boyfriend (Joshua Molina, 20 years, Concord) who responded to the station and also attempted to batter a BART Employee.

Auto Burglary (Arrest) – Pittsburg Station

9/19/17, 1326 hours An officer on patrol saw a vehicle slowly driving through the parking lot of the Pittsburg Station. A male (Lucas Dunning, 24 years, Pittsburg) exited the vehicle, disappeared between two parked cars and returned to the vehicle with an object in his hands.

Grand Theft (Briefcase) – Pittsburg train

9/19/17, 2242 hours A patron reported the theft of their briefcase while on a Pittsburg train. The victim placed the briefcase on the floor. As the train approached the Pittsburg Station the victim noticed his briefcase was gone. The briefcase contained a ring, a laptop, a pair of headphones, a camera, an Apple watch charger.

Fare Evasion/Warrant Arrest – Pleasant Hill Station

9/19/17, 2328 hours Officers detained Carl Crane (25 years old, Novato) for fare evasion at the Pleasant Hill Station. A records check revealed an active $7,500 warrant for Crane’s arrest. Crane was arrested for the warrant and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.1709-1282 L24
