Robbery – Embarcadero Station

9/13/17, 1445 hours A suspect grabbed a victim’s backpack and fled off a Richmond bound train that was stopped at the Embarcadero Station. The victim chased after the suspect, caught him and recovered their property but was battered by the suspect. The suspect fled before police arrived. 1709-0840 L22

Possession of Marijuana for Sales/Weapon Violation (Prohibition Order Issued) – Fruitvale Station

9/13/2017 0832 Hours An officer saw a male approach another male and put a small plastic bag up to his nose. The officer made contact with the male and determined that he is on probation with a search clause. A search of his person revealed numerous small bags of suspected marijuana and throwing stars. The male (Romell Davis, 39 years old, Oakland) was issued a prohibition order and booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail for the possession for sales and weapon charges. 1709-0811 L16

Weapons Violation Arrest – Lake Merritt Station

9/13/2017 0653 Hours An officer noticed a male walking through the station with a wooden stick in his backpack. The officer contacted the male, who said that he keeps the stick for protection. The stick was determined to be a billy club, so the male (Henry Coots, 37 years old, Frankfort, Kentucky) was arrested for the weapons possession charge and booked into the Santa Rita Jail. 1709-0805 L16

Bike Theft – Dublin/Pleasanton Station

9/12/17, 2222 hours A victim reported the theft of their Canondale, 18-speed, mountain bike from the Dublin/Pleasanton Station on 9/12/17 between 0700 and 2210 hours. The bicycle was secured with two cable locks. 1709-0788 L24

Bike Theft – Dublin/Pleasanton Station

9/12/17, 1855 hours A victim reported the theft of their Bianchi 21-speed bicycle from the Dublin/Pleasanton Station on 9/12/17 between 0800 and 1848 hours. The bicycle was secured with a cable lock. 1709-0772 L24

Fare Evasion/Public Intoxication – Hayward Station

9/12/17, 1900 hours An officer stopped a male (William Gunnari, 37 years, Hayward) for fare evasion at the Hayward Station. During the detention, Gunnari proved he was too intoxicated to care for himself and was placed under arrest for public intoxication. Gunnari was booked at Santa Rita Jail and was cited for fare evasion. 1709-0771 L22

Fare Evasion/Resisting Arrest/ Battery on an Officer (Prohibition Order)- Powell Street Station

9/12/17, 1502 hours Officers on patrol at the Powell Street Station observed a female (Brienne Morgan-Stetienne, 22 years, Pittsburg) fare evade through the fare gates to exit. Morgan-Stetienne attempted to walk away from the officers, resisted arrest and battered one of the officers. She was booked into the San Francisco County Jail on the listed charges and was issued a prohibition order. 1709-0747 L22

Bike Theft – Pleasant Hill Station

9/12/17, 1655 hours A victim reported the theft of their GT mountain bike from the Pleasant Hill Station, between 0500-1645 hours. The bike was secured to a bike rack with two cable locks. 1709-0757 L22

Catalytic Converter Theft – Hercules Park & Ride

9/11/17, 1627 hours A victim reported their catalytic converter was removed from their 2001 Honda Accord while parked at the Hercules Park & Ride on 9/11/17, between 1000-1830 hours. 1709-0750 L22

Possession of Stolen Property (Arrest) – Dublin/Pleasanton Station

9/12/17, 2334 hours An officer observed a subject (Ramon Foster, 43 years old, San Francisco) in possession of a bike matching the description of one that had been reported stolen earlier in the evening. The victim of the bike theft identified the bike as the one stolen from him. Foster was arrested for possession of stolen property and possession of burglary tools. Foster was booked at the Santa Rita Jail. 1709-0792 L24

Robbery – Rockridge Station

9/12/17, 0056 hours The on-duty station agent reported that a male suspect (Black male, 50s, light blue long sleeve shirt, black and white plaid shorts, black shoes, short afro, slim build) became upset and battered her at the Rockridge Station. The suspect then took the victim’s work bag and fled the scene. Officers searched the area for the suspect with negative results. 1709-0793 L24

Brandishing a Weapon/ Terrorist Threats/ Felon in Possession of Firearm (Arrest)/ Prohibition Order – Del Norte Station

9/12/17, 2006 hours A patron reported that a male suspect (Black male in a wheel chair) brandished a firearm and threatened him after a verbal altercation. Officers responded to the scene and located the suspect Keith Albert (25 years old, San Francisco). He was identified by the victim and placed under arrest for brandishing a firearm and making terrorist threats. Albert, who is a convicted felon was in possession of a stolen, loaded firearm as well as a large quantity of narcotics and a large sum of cash. Albert was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for several weapons violations, making terrorist threats and possession of narcotics for sale. 1709-0786 L24

Grand Theft (Cell Phone) – Balboa Park Station

9/12/17, 2234 hours A victim reported that a male suspect (Black male, 19 years old, 6′, 160 lbs., slim build, hair in twists) snatched her Iphone 6 from her hand while she was on the platform at the Balboa Park Station. The suspect then fled the scene on foot. 1709-0790 L24
