(BANT) – Police are looking for two suspects who robbed a CVS store Saturday afternoon in Fairfield, police said.

Around 4 p.m., two suspects entered the CVS store located at 3340 North Texas St. and robbed the store at gunpoint.

According to police, the suspects took cash and prescription drugs. A store employee called police as the suspects fled the scene.

Fairfield police officers arrived at the scene within a few minutes. With the help of California Highway Patrol officers, police officers began searching for the suspects in the surrounding neighborhood, but were unable to locate them.

Both suspects were described as black males with slender builds, and wearing dark clothing, police said.
