Officers learned from the victim that the man had approached her as she was walking on Vili Way and lifted her skirt. He then ran toward Morello Avenue and turned south toward Taylor Boulevard.

He is described as being between 40 and 50 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 pounds, with a bald head or very short hair and was wearing a green shirt and tan gray pants. Based on that description, police have released a sketch of the suspect.
