(BANT) – Over a dozen people were displaced – and they may want to think about moving permanently – after a tree fell their apartment complex in San Francisco’s Visitacion Valley for the second time in three days.

Fire officials say this latest tree fall happened this morning around 8:45 a.m. at the Sunnydale public housing complex at 145 Blythedale Ave.

Residents were evacuated and PG&E crews were also called to the scene after a gas leak was discovered. However, the complex was declared secure by 9:25 a.m. and residents have been allowed to return to the building.

Sixteen residents were initially displaced by the incident and were being assisted by the American Red Cross. No injuries were reported.

It is the same housing complex where another tree fell onto apartments Sunday, displacing two families and a total of seven people. Nobody was injured in that incident.
