(BANT) – Police are looking for a man who they say attacked a vehicle with a golf club following what’s believed to be a road rage incident Tuesday morning in Hercules.

At 6:38 a.m., officers responded to the report of an assault at San Pablo Avenue and Muir Road. At the scene, they spoke with four people who were inside the vehicle that was attacked.

Officers say it started on Refugio Valley Road at Coronado Avenue where a man driving a Honda followed the victims down Refugio Valley Road, through the Creekside Center, and onto northbound San Pablo Avenue.

There, the suspect pulled in front of the victims, causing both vehicles to stop. He then got out of the Honda and began attacking the victims’ vehicle with a golf club, breaking two windows before driving off.

Police were unable to find the suspect and a description of him was not available. Anyone with information is asked to contact Hercules police at (510) 724-1111.

It sounds like the dude was really tee’d off!

Broke 2 windows… but did he just shatter them or did he make a hole in one?

Multi stroke? What is par for a car?

    Golfers are so stupid
…. The guy probably ruined an expensive club too.

When asked how many times he hit the car with the golf club the man replied ” either 5 or 6…….. put me down for 5″.
