(BANT) – The looming East Bay mountain named for the devil is a cold and snowy place today as yet another storm moves through the Bay Area, this one bringing low snow levels, hail and plenty of cold air.

Twitter user @redtim captured this video of a mini-blizzard on Mt. Diablo.

According to the National Weather Service, snow also dusted Mt. Tamalpais in Marin County and Mt. Hamilton east of San Jose.

Forecasters say temperatures dropped into the 30’s in some areas overnight, dropping the snow level to around two thousand feet, which is the elevation for Highway 9 near Saratoga where drivers woke up to a light dusting of snow this morning.

Forecasters say the lower temperatures and intermittent rain could mean more snow and possible sleet in some areas Monday.
