(BANT) – If wine-infused coffee was going to happen, it was going to happen in Napa.

Rick Molinari, the owner of the Molinari Caffe in Napa, says his business is now offering the Molinari Private Reserve coffee made from beans infused through a special process with a red wine flavor.

As Molinari explains, “Each regular and decaf blend is made from carefully selected coffee beans that are rehydrated to a specific liquid percentage using a special house made red – created exclusively for Molinari by local Napa wineries – and then dried and roasted. The result is an (alcohol free) rich full-bodied coffee with a blueberry note.”

According to the caffe website, the wine-infused coffee is already sold out but they are promising more soon. It sells for just under $20.00 a pound.
