415 PC / Warrant Arrest – North Concord Station

2/12/18 0601 Hours Officers responded to the station on a report of a fight. An adult male (Charles HEMPHILL, 35, San Francisco) was arrested for violation of a restraining order and booked into the Martinez Jail. 1802-0631. L17

314 PC / 11364 H&S – Castro Valley Station

2/11/18, 1442 hours Officers intercepted a train for a report of a male (Robert Freeman, 47 years, Oakland) masturbating in front of patrons on the train. Freeman was placed under arrest and booked for 314 PC, 11364 H&S and violation of probation. 1802-0609 L22

415 PC / 417 PC / 422 PC / Warrant Arrest (Prohibition Order) – West Oakland Station

2/11/18, 1347 hours Officers responded to the West Oakland Station for a report of a female (Daphne Bailey, 40 years, San Francisco) threatening a male with a large kitchen knife. Officers detained Bailey and a records check revealed she had a 10K warrant for auto theft. The victim reported Bailey threatened to stab him with the knife. In addition, Bailey provided a false name to the officers. She was booked into jail and was issued a prohibition order. 1802-0607 L22

415 (1) PC / 148 PC / Warrant Arrest (Prohibition Order) – El Cerrito Plaza Station

2/11/18, 1241 hours Officers intercepted a train for a report of a male (Ronald Nalls, 37 years, Oakland) threatening patrons and challenging them to a fight. Nalls refused to cooperate and would not exit the train. A record check showed Nalls had a 45K arrest warrant. Nalls was removed from the train and handcuff him. He was booked into jail on the warrant and was issued a prohibition order. 1802-0605 L22

640.(c)(1) PC / Warrant Arrest – Hayward Station

2/11/18, 1104 hours Officers detained a male (Servante Rodrigues, 24 years, Oakland) for fare evasion at the Hayward Station. A records check showed he had a no bail arrest warrant issued by CDC. Rodrigues was cited for fare evasion and booked into jail on the warrant. 1802-0594 L22
